K2, often called Spice, is usually a form of synthetic cannabinoid that is usually bought as an herbal incense or potpourri and marketed to be a legal different to cannabis. The term “K2” refers to a particular model of artificial cannabinoids, but it is usually applied much more broadly to describe a variety of artificial cannabinoid products.
